Optimization and Integration of Urban Education Resources from Perspective of New—type Urbanization:A Case Study of Xiaogan City

以人为核心的新型城镇化,人与城镇的融合需要教育。新型城镇化对教育资源的优化整合提出了新的要求。需要准确掌握新型城镇化背景下教育资源布局状况,理性探索新型城镇化背景下城区教育资源的优化整合路径。结合孝感市实际情况,应该统筹规划教育资源的区域布局,理顺城区教育资源所属关系,推进新时期中小学布局的调整,抓好区域义务教育均衡发展,有效整合城区职业教育资源,加快提升城市高等教育发展水平。

It is well-known that new—type urbanization is people-oriented urbanization,which actually is the integration between human and cities requires education.Therefore,the quthors puts forward new requirements of optimization and integration of education resources.To meet those requirements,it is necessary to master the allocation of education resources from the perspective of new—type urbanization and rationally explore the integration and optimization methods of urban education resources.Based on the current situations of Xiaogan City,the regional distribution of education resources should be planned as a whole and the ownership of urban education resources should be straightened out disentangle.Moreover,the layout of primary and middle schools in new period epoch stage time should be adjusted.It is necessary to balance development of regional compulsory education.Similarly,it is important to effectively integrate urban vocational education resources and accelerate development of urban higher education.
