图书馆员的版权素养是伴随版权制度和版权文化形成和发展起来并在新的信息环境下有特殊内涵的一种综合性的职业技能。通过对美国近5年图书馆职业招聘广告的调研分析可以发现:对人才知识结构的需求多元化、对人才层次的需求高端化、对人才需求更加注重实用性是图书馆职业对版权人才需求的新特点。因此,我们需要重新思考图书馆学教育中版权教育的定位和内容,强调版权教育在图书馆学教育中的专业化,从而提升图书馆职业的专业化水平。

Librarians＇ copyright literacy is a comprehensive occupational skill fromed and developed with the copyright system and copyright culture. In a new information environment, it has a special connotation. New features showed in library＇s demand for copyright talent, such as diversified knowledge structure, high degree,focusing on practice. Therefore, in the librarianship education, position and content of copyright education should be reconsidered, professional level of copyright education should be emphasized, so as to improve librarianship professional level.
