摘要
在公共图书馆理事会已遍地开花的今天,如何完善理事管理机制,促使图书馆理事更积极主动地承担理事会工作,显得十分重要。以管理学中的"责权利"理论为视角,对公共图书馆理事的责、权、利现状进行分析,借鉴国外公共图书馆理事激励约束机制可以发现,目前国内图书馆理事存在"责轻、权重、利寡"的情况,应该要补足短板,通过"定权、明责、提利",尽力构建理事岗位责权利的"等边三角形"。
Public library board has boomed in nowadays. It's very important to perfect the council management mechanism and urge the council to initiatively undertake the job from library board. From the perspective of "responsibility, power and interests" in management, by analyzing current situation of responsibility, power and interests of public library board, learning experiences from incentive and restraint mechanism of the public library council abroad, it found that library council in China has little responsibility, high power and poor interests. A equilateral triangle of the council's responsibility, power and interests by "increasing interests, ascertain power and clear responsibility".
