数字图书馆资源共享风险演化博弈分析

Evolutionary Game Analysis of Digital Library Resource Sharing Risk

网络环境下,寻求数字图书馆资源共享与版权人知识产权保护的利益均衡成为规避资源共享风险的关键。基于国内外数字图书馆资源共享风险的研究现状和数字图书馆资源共享风险的利益相关者分析,运用演化博弈理论构建数字图书馆资源共享风险的演化博弈模型,通过建立相应的复制动态方程可探讨数字图书馆资源共享风险的演化博弈均衡。研究结果表明:数字图书馆与版权人的策略选择受多种因素的共同影响,系统不会固定收敛于某一个均衡策略集合;委托成本、监管成本、维权成本、支付成本、处罚成本、处罚力度等因素会直接影响系统的演化方向。

It is the key to avoid the risk of resource sharing by seeking interests balance of digital library resource sharing and copyfightowner＇s intellectual property protection under the network environment. Based on analysis on domestic and foreign research status quo of digital library resource sharing risk, and the stakeholders of the digital library resource sharing risk, the evolutionary game model of digital library resource sharing risk using the evolutionary game theory discussed evolutionary game equilibrium of the digital library resource sharing risk through establishing corresponding replicated dynamic equation. The results show that： strategy choice of digital library and copyright owner is affected by many factors, the system will not all converge to a equilibrium strategies collection; entrust cost, regulatory cost, safeguarding rights cost, payment cost, punishment cost, punishment intensity and other factors directly affect the evolution direction of the system.
