摘要
大容量GIS冲击电压试验电压波形受回路电感影响较大,影响输出波形波前时间,降低冲击试验绝缘缺陷检测的有效性。笔者从冲击试验时电压引入方式入手,基于研制的2 000 kV紧凑型冲击电压发生装置,提出了GIS对接冲击试验方法,开展了145 kV和252 kV GIS对接冲击试验。该方法利用变阻抗转接段和液压升降装置,可将冲击电压发生器电压输出端直接与GIS预留对接口相连,回路紧凑,减小了因高压导线引入的电感,提高了冲击试验波形质量。最后通过仿真软件,分析了当负载电容量较大时,回路电感对冲击电压波形参数的影响规律,缩小回路电感是解决大容量设备标准LI试验的关键。
The impulse test waveform for GIS with large capacitance is greatly influenced hy the circuit inductance, it may influence the impulse waveform front time and decrease the effectiveness of insulation defects detecting. Based on the developed 2 000 kV compact impulse voltage generator, the impulse test method of GIS with docking way is pro- posed, and the impulse tests for 145 kV and 252 kV GIS are carried out. Using the variable impedance switching sec- tion and the hydraulic lifting device, it can connect the voltage output terminal of the impulse voltage generator direct- ly to the reserved docking port of GIS, which can make the circuit compact, reduce the inductance introduced by the high voltage wire, and improve the impulse test waveform quality. Finally, the influence of the circuit inductance on the impulse waveform parameters is analyzed by the simulation. Reducing circuit inductance is the key to solve the prob- lem of standard LI test for equipment with large capacitance.
