摘要 文中首先分析了中压智能开关设备的现状,之后提出了集成设计和整体试验的指导思想,设计了一种集成式24 kV智能开关设备,最后介绍了整体试验的实施方法、智能单元的功能验证和比对试验。该产品将一次设备和二次设备有效集成,智能单元基于IEC 61850协议、基于GOOSE数字化指令对断路器、接地开关进行合分操作,完成全套型式试验;同时完成智能化功能的比对试验、实现试验状态实时通过网络协议上传后台,该设计方法和试验方式将为后续智能化产品提供示范作用。 The present situation of medium-voltage intelligent switchgears was analyzed, and the guiding ideologies for the integrated design and overall test were proposed. As a result, a 24 kV intelligent switchgear was designed. The implementation method of overall test, as well as the functional verification and contrast test of the intelligent unit, was discussed. This switchgear effectively integrates the primary and secondary equipment. The intelligent unit controls the circuit breaker and earthing switch to perform closing/opening operations based on the IEC61850 protocol and the GOOSE digital instruction for completing whole type tests. Meanwhile, the contrast test of the intelligent function is conducted, and the test condition is uploaded to the background in real time through network protocol. These design and test methods may provide demonstration for subsequent intelligent switehgears.
