采用CDE算法的新型多回路断路器优化设计 被引量:3

摘要 在输配电系统中,断路器的自身能耗越高,系统的输电效率就越低,而调整断路器设计参数以降低其自身能耗的同时,设备本身的结构、材料及散热等设计成本也会随之增加。为此,在分析传统断路器能耗模型的基础上,采用一种多回路设计结构,并提出一种考虑断路器能耗与成本等因素的新型断路器优化设计评估模型;再对新的优化评估模型,设计一种文化差异进化算法,对断路器的并联回路数目、触头接触、触头电阻及能耗值等主回路结构相关参数进行仿真优化求解。最后计算出新型断路器优化评估模型的相关参数取值,并应用于HSWX系列断路器样机生产。结果表明,采用多回路结构的新型断路器有功功耗与温升显著降低、提出的优化设计方法可行,且可以大大提高断路器的设计效率。 Changing the design parameters of a circuit breaker to reduce its energy consumption may results in the increases in the design costs of the equipment structure, material and heat dissipation. In this study, the traditional energy consumption model of circuit breaker was analyzed, and a multi-loop structure was adopted to build a new optimal design evaluation model of the circuit breaker considering energy consumption and cost of the circuit breaker. Then, a cultural differential evolutionary (CDE) algorithm was designed for this new optimal design evaluation model in order to optimize the main parameters, such as the number of parallel circuits, the contact area, the contact resistance, and the energy consumption. Subsequently, the relevant parameters of the optimal design evaluation model were calculated and applied to production of HSWX series circuit breaker prototypes. The results showed that the active power consumption and temperature rise of the new circuit breakers multi-loop structure were significantly reduced, indicating that the proposed optimization method is feasible and the design efficiency of the circuit breaker can be greatly improved.
