通过探究新产品开发(NPD)项目经理的财务控制,着重分析NPD项目经理在满足NPD项目目标和通过动员项目团队实现这些目标方面的多功能控制作用,并进一步发挥NPD项目管理在实践中的核心作用。提出确定确保NPD目标得到满足的财务控制分析单位的扩展清单,表明项目经理希望从NPD项目管理中的财务控制中发挥更积极的作用。

By studying the financial control of project manager of new product development （NPD）, this paper focuses on analyzing the multiple functional control effect for NPD project manager to meet the project target and realize the targets by motivating project team, and further develop the core effect of NPD project management in practice. This paper puts forward an expansive list for financial control analysis unit to guarantee the NPD target, indicating that project manager hoping to play more active role in financial control.
