个性化护理应用于强脉冲光治疗激素依赖性皮炎患者的疗效观察

Observation of the effect of personalized nursing on patients with steroid-dependent dermatitis with strong pulse light therapy

目的研究并探讨个性化护理应用于行强脉冲光治疗的激素依赖性皮炎患者中的护理效果。方法于2014年1月~2016年10月期间,将该阶段内在我院接受强脉冲光治疗的100例激素依赖性皮炎患者纳入研究,采取计算机随机数字法分为对照组、观察组,每组50例,在治疗期间,对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者采取个性化护理措施,比较两组患者的临床疗效、心理状态评分、生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为94%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为78%,两组比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);心理状态方面,干预后,观察组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分等心理状态评分均明显降低(P<0.05),且其焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于对照组干预后(P<0.05);住院期间,观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在激素依赖性皮炎患者接受强脉冲光治疗过程中采取个性化护理,可有效改善患者的心理状态和生活质量,有利于保证患者的临床疗效。

Objective From January 2014 to October 2016, 100 patients with steroid-dependent dermatitis in our hospital with intense pulse light thera- py in this stage were included in the research. Taking computer random nmnber method to divide patients into control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group, during the treatment, control group patients were with routine nursing measures, whereas observation group of patients conducted personalized nursing, the clinical efficacy, psychological state score and quality of life score were compared between control group and observation group. Results The to- tal effective rate of observation group was 94%, and the the total effective rate of control group was 78% , compared two groups, observation group is higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 05） ;Psychological state, after the intervention, the anxiety score, depression score score of observation group were signifi- cantly lower （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and its anxiety score, depression score were lower than the control group after intervention （ P〈 0.05 ） ; During the period of hos- pitalization, and quality of life score in observation group was obviously higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The personalization nurs- ing to patients with steroid-dependent dermatitis in the process of the intense pulsed light therapy can effectively inlprove the patient＇s psychological status and quality of life, thus to ensure the clinical curative effect of patients.
