摘要
目的通过实验观察黔产有柄石韦不同极性部位的利尿作用。方法采用大鼠水负荷实验代谢笼法观察黔产有柄石韦不同极性部位的利尿作用,测定4 h尿量,尿液中Na^+、K^+、Cl^-的排泄量和血清中肌酐的含量。结果与空白对照组比较,石油醚中剂量组,二氯甲烷中剂量组均能明显促进大鼠排尿,且对Na^+、K^+、Cl^-的排泄量无显著性影响。结论黔产有柄石韦的石油醚中剂量组,二氯甲烷中剂量组具有利尿作用,与阳性组比较,利尿作用弱于氢氯噻嗪,但对尿液中Na^+、K^+、Cl^-排泄量无显著性影响,可避免噻嗪类利尿药导致电解质发生紊乱的副作用,是一种具有较好利尿功能的中药。
Objective To study the diuretic and effects of Pyrrosia petiolosa from Guizhou Province by animal experiment. Meth- ods The water load test in metabolic cage was used to observe the diuretic effect of Pyrrosia petiolosa from Guizhou Province. The indictor of urine excretion in 4 h was used to study the diuretic effect of in the water loaded rats. Further, the level of renal medulla and the output of Na+ , K+ , Cl- in urine were measured. Results Compared with the blank group both the middle - dosages of pe- troleum ether and methylene chloride fractionof Pyrrosia petiolosa from Guizhou Province can promote urination. The output of Na+ in urine are no significant differences. The output of Na+ in urine are significant differences. The output of K + , C1- were measured are no significant differences : compared with the blank group, the creatinine are no significant differences, such, Pyrrosia petiolosa from Guizhou Province is hardly effect to glomerular filtration function. Conclusion Both the middle - dosages of petrole- um ether and methylene chloride fraction of Pyrrosia petiolosa from Guizhou Province can promote urination. Compared to the mod- el group, promoting urination was weaker than hydrochlorothiazide, the output of Na+, K+ , Cl- in urine are no significant differ- ences, can avoid electrolyte disorder of side effects, is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine with a good diuretic function.
