摘要
用小鼠最大耐受量法、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验等方法,究紫斑谷螟豹皮樟虫茶对小鼠的急性毒性和致突变性作用。结果显示,紫斑谷螟豹皮樟虫茶的小鼠急性经口LD50>30 g/kg·bw,小鼠骨髓红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结果表明,紫斑谷螟豹皮樟虫茶属无毒物,对小鼠体细胞无致突变性。
The acute toxicity and mutagenicity of Pyralis farinalis-Litsea coreana Insect Tea in mice were investigated. Acute toxicity test,bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test in mice were adopted. The results showed that the acute oral maximum LD50 was higher than 30 g/kg·bw; the micronucleus test indicated that the difference between treating group and negative control group was not remarkable. The results proved that the Pyralis farinalis-Litsea coreana Insect Tea is belongs to practical actox-ic and could not cause mutagenesis.
