摘要
目的探讨分析骨水泥强化固定融合治疗骨质疏松性腰椎退行性疾病的效果。方法选取64例骨质疏松性腰椎退行性疾病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用骨水泥强化椎弓根钉内固定+椎间融合术治疗,对照组采用传统双侧椎弓根钉内固定+椎间融合术,比较两组患者,术前、术后VAS疼痛评分、JOA功能评分、术后融合情况及术后并发症情况。结果治疗后1月、6个月、2年VAS评分均高于单纯固定融合治疗的患者,JOA评分亦是如此,差异均具有统计学意义。实验组与对照组术后患者并发症差异无统计学意义。结论骨水泥强化椎弓根钉内固定融合较单纯双侧椎弓根钉内固定+椎间融合术治疗骨质疏松性腰椎退行性疾病能够提高患者术后功能,降低疼痛感,有减少术后并发症发生的趋势,值得临床推广。
Objective The effect of pedicle screw fixation with bone cement augmentation and intervertebral fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar scoliosis patients with osteoporosis were studied. Methods A total of 64 cases of osteoporotic lumbar degenerative disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The patients in experimental group were adininistered bone cement pediele screw fixation and intervertebral fusion treatment, while the traditional bilateral pedicle screw fixation and intervertebral fusion was administered in the control group. The pre-operative and post-operative VAS pain score, JOA score, post-operative fusion and complications of patients in the two groups were compared. Results The patients" post-operative VAS scores at 1 monlh, 6 months and 2 years in the experirnental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, so as JOA score. There was no significant difference of post-operative complications between the two groups. Conclusion Bone cement angmentation peclicle screw intervertebral fixation can improve the post-operative function, reduce the pain and post-operative complications compared with the bilateral pedicle screw fixation intervertebral fusion for the treatment of osteoporotic lumbar degenerative disease and should be used widely.
