增强族际信任:当前我国民族事务治理的重要任务

Enhancing Interethnic Trust: an Important Task of the Current Governance of Ethnic Affairs of China

族际信任是民族团结的基础,是民族事务治理的目标和方向。族际信任通过增强国家认同,营造和谐的民族关系,促进民族经济发展和提高民族群体成员的主人翁意识等方式,来提高民族事务治理的水平。然而随着我国社会的急剧变革,族际信任有所弱化,开始转向特殊信任,并呈现差序格局。这亟需在中国特色民族理论指导下,在中华民族认同规范下,在民族交往交流交融的过程中,以社会主义协商民主机制动员各方力量推进族际信任的制度化。

Interethnic trust is the foundation of national unity and the goal and direction of the governance of ethnic affairs. It can improve the level of the governance of ethnic affairs through enhancing national identity,building a harmonious national relationship,developing ethnic economy and improving the consciousness of masters of ethnic groups. However,with the dramatic changes of our society,it tends to be weakening and beginning to turn to special trust with a pattern of difference sequence. So in the process of national communication and communion,it is urgent to mobilize all parties to promote the institutionalization of interethnic trust under the guidance of the theory of ethnic groups with Chinese characteristics,by following the norms of Chinese national identity,and by using the socialist deliberative democracy mechanism.
