“一带一路”背景下高等职业教育国际合作路径研究

International Cooperation of Higher Vocational Education under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative

"一带一路"战略背景下,高等职业教育国际合作迎来了良好的发展机遇。当前,我国高等职业教育国际合作面临着层次不高、结构不合理、专业趋同等问题,必须在秉持平等互利、开放包容、创新共享的理念基础上,积极探索新的合作模式,建设一支具有国际视野的师资队伍,构建接轨国际的课程体系,加快教育改革步伐,多渠道建设合作交流平台。同时,从政策、经费、行业参与等方面构建完善的保障体系,实现我国高等职业教育的持续发展,使高等职业教育走向世界,成为国家"一带一路"战略的人才支撑。

Under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative, international cooperation of higher vocational education meets an exciting development opportunity. The international cooperation faces issues such as low-level cooperation, unreasonable structure and convergence of specialties. Based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit, openness, tolerance, innovation and sharing, a new cooperation mode could be built by establishing a teacher team having international view point, formulating curriculum system in line with international standard, speeding up educational reform, and constructing platforms for cooperation and exchange. In the meantime, a security system from the perspectives of policy, funds and participation in businesses could be set up in order to realize the sustainable development of higher vocational education in China. In so doing, the vocational education in China could play the role of talent support for the Belt and Road Initiative.
