乳腺癌危险因素调查分析

Investigation and analysis of risk factors of breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌的相关危险因素。方法选取乳腺癌患者204例,健康体检者648例,调查乳腺癌患者与健康体检者的一般情况、病史、月经生育史及用药情况等,采用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析进行统计分析。结果多因素统计分析结果提示,职业、文化程度、痛经、定期乳腺检查、良性乳腺病史为乳腺癌的相关影响因素,其中职业为事业单位职员、文化程度高中及以下、定期乳腺检查为乳腺癌的保护因素。结论女性乳腺癌的发生是受多种因素影响的结果,预防乳腺癌应从多因素、多途径考虑,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,从而提高女性健康水平及生活质量。

Objective To explore the risk factors of breast cancer. Methods The general situation, medical history, menstruation, fertility and medication were investigated in 204 breast cancer patients and 648 healthy subjects. The results were analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Multivariate statistical analysis showed that occupation, education, dysmenorrhea, regular breast examination, and history of benign breast disease were related factors of breast cancer. Among them, career units, cuhural level high school and the following, regular breast examination were as breast cancer protection factors. Conclusion The occurrence of female breast cancer is affected by many factors. Prevention of breast cancer should be considered from multiple factors and ways to achieve early detection, early diagnosis, early treatment, improve the health level of women and quality of life.
