摘要
研究不同碳氢树脂在高性能轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与橡胶极性相近的碳氢树脂可提高胎面胶的湿抓着力,降低滚动阻力;芳香基含量对碳氢树脂在胎面胶中的应用非常重要;碳氢树脂的相对分子质量、玻璃化温度、玻璃化转变速度对胎面胶的性能具有一定影响,其中玻璃化转变速度越快越好;碳氢树脂SL-6095能够有效提高胶料0℃时的损耗因子,可用于部分替代操作油。
The application of different hydrocarbon resin in the tread compound of high performance tire was investigated.The results showed that,the hydrocarbon resin with similar polarity to the rubber could improve the wet grip of tread compound and reduce the rolling resistance.The aromatic content was very important for the application of hydrocarbon resin in the tread compound.The molecular weight,glass transition temperature and glass transition rate of hydrocarbon resin showed influence on the property of the tread compound,and the faster glass transition rate,the better property of the tread compound.It was found that hydrocarbon resin SL-6095 could effectively improve the tanδ at 0 ℃ of the compound,and could be used to replace part of the operating oil.
