摘要
研究再生丁基橡胶在无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎气密层胶中的应用。结果表明:添加20份再生丁基橡胶后,气密层胶的拉伸性能和渗透系数变化不大,耐热氧老化性能有所提高;成品轮胎平均每月的漏气率降至1.9%;混炼胶成本降低了1.58元·kg^(-1)。
The application of reclaimed IIR in the inner-liner compound of tubeless truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,when the addition level of reclaimed IIR was 20 phr,the tensile properties and gas permeability coefficient of the inner-liner compound changed little,and the thermal aging resistance was improved.The average monthly air leakage rate of the finished tire was lower to 1.9%,and the cost of rubber mix was reduced by 1.58 yuan·kg^-1.
