几种增粘树脂在半钢子午线轮胎胶料中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 对比研究几种国内外辛基酚醛增粘树脂和超级增粘树脂分别在半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶和胎圈护胶中的应用。结果表明:加入增粘树脂后,胶料的门尼粘度减小,硫化速度加快,对硫化胶的物理性能无不利影响,表面粘性明显提高;国内外增粘树脂的增粘效果和粘性保持性能基本相当,可以互相替代使用。 The application of several octyl phenolic tackifying resins and super-tackifying resins in the sidewall compound and bead chafer compound of steel-belted radial tire was compared and studied.The results showed that,by adding the tackifying resin,the Mooney viscosity of the compound decreased and the curing rate increased.It had no adverse effect on the physical properties of the vulcanizate.The surface tackiness of the vulcanizate increased significantly with the addition of tackifying resin.It was found that the tackifying effect and adhesion retention of the domestic tackifying resins were basically the same as the ones produced by foreign manufacturers and thus they could be used to replace the imported products.
