摘要 研究以3+8×0.21ST钢丝帘线替代3+9×0.22W钢丝帘线在11R22.5 16PR全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,采用3+8×0.21ST代替3+9×0.22W钢丝帘线作为轮胎的胎体帘线,不仅可保证轮胎的安全性能和耐久性能,还减小了轮胎质量,并降低了原材料成本。 The application of 3 + 8×0.21 ST steel cord replacing 3 + 9×0.22 W steel cord in 11 R22.5 16 PR truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using 3+ 8×0.21 ST steel cord in the tire carcass cord instead of 3+9×0.22 W steel cord,the safety and endurance of the tire were guaranteed,tire weight was reduced,and the raw material cost was lowered.
