摘要 选取天然橡胶、乳聚丁苯橡胶和溶聚丁苯橡胶作为基体胶,通过橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)与动态热力学分析仪(DMA)测试不同炭黑粒径和结构度胶料的滞后损失,并对其相关性进行研究。结果表明:RPA测试胶料滞后损失与DMA测试胶料滞后损失的结果具有较强相关性;在某些特定情况下,RPA可替代DMA评价胶料的滞后损失,节省胶料硫化和停放时间,缩短产品开发周期。 In this study,the hysteresis loss of carbon black filled rubber compounds with different particle size and structure(degree of permanent particle aggregation) of carbon black was tested by using rubber processing analyzer(RPA) and dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer(DMA),respectively.NR,ESBR and SSBR were studied as the base rubber materials,and the correlation of hysteresis losses tested by RPA and DMA was investigated.The results showed that,the hysteresis loss tested by RPA had a strong correlation with that tested by DMA. In some specific cases,RPA could replace DMA to evaluate the hysteresis loss of compounds,which saved curing and parking time of compounds,and shortened the product development cycle.
