Analysis on the Innovation and Exploration of the Tourist Characteristic Town

旅游特色小镇是我国城乡一体化发展过程中产生的,它是连接城市与乡村的纽带。在旅游需求日益多样化的驱使下,旅游特色小镇成为小城镇建设的创新模式。针对旅游特色小镇发展现状和存在问题的分析,构建定位明确的创新开发体系,并借助PPP投融资项目转化管理运营模式、开发文化特色鲜明的旅游产品、强调社区参与,进而促使特色小镇旅游产业可持续性发展。

The l town with the characteristics of tourism is the link between city and countryside,which is produced in the process of development on urban-rural integration in China. Thel town with the characteristics of tourism becomes the innovative mode of the construction of small towns,which is driven by the tourist needs of growing diversity. In order to promote the sustainable development of tourist industry in town,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the tourist characteristic town,and constructs a clear system of innovation and development,develop the tourist products with distinctive cultural features,and emphasize the community participation with the help of the operation mode of the transformation management of PPP investment and financing project.
