摘要 中国商飞上海飞机制造有限公司的五轴联动三主轴(5A3P)数控龙门铣床是一台已使用近30年的机床,运用当代机械传动部件、数控自动化技术对其再制造更新升级:合理利用设备原有结构,更换、修复磨损零部件,全面升级数控系统。最终结果全部达到并部分超越机床原厂技术指标及性能。该大型5A3P数控龙门铣床的再制造在国内属于同类型设备再制造的最早的探索之一,实现了节约成本的目标,达到了节能节材、保护环境的效果。 The five-axis-three-spindle gantry. CNC machine at Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Company, COMAC, is a machine used for ahnost 30 years. The project team used modem mechanical transmission componentsand numerical control technology to remanufaeture the machine by making full use of the original structure and upgrading the whole NC system. The results showed that all the technical parameters and properties conformed to original requirements and some even surpassed. Such kind of the remanufacturing is one of the earliest explorations among the 5A3P machine domestic remanufacturing projects, anti it achieves the goal of cost saving, energy and material saving and the protection of the environment.
