纳米流体微量润滑磨削球墨铸铁磨削性能实验评价 被引量:1

摘要 为探索纳米流体微量润滑在磨削加工中的润滑性能,进行纳米流体微量润滑磨削实验。实验通过与纯棕榈油微量润滑对比,采用两种(Al_2O_3、MoS_2)纳米流体对球墨铸铁进行微量润滑磨削。进一步用比磨削力、力比率、磨削比能、表面粗糙度和工件表面形貌来表征磨削性能。实验结果表明与纯棕榈油微量润滑相比,纳米流体微量润滑获得了更为优异的磨削性能,且二硫化钼纳米流体的磨削性能优于三氧化二铝纳米流体的磨削性能。 Grinding experiment under nanofluids minimum quantity lubrication was c.arried out in order to study the lubrication performance. A1203 and MoS2 nanofluids were used with pure palm oil as a contrast in the grinding of ductile iron. The specific grinding force, force ratio, specific grinding energy, surface rough- hess and surface topography of the workpiece were used to characterize the grinding performance. Th~~ experimental results showed that, compared with the lubricant using pure palm oil, lubricant using nanofluids obtained more excellent grinding performance, which is better using MoS2 nanofluids than that of A1203 nanofluids.
