摘要
采用唯象方式建立HT300力磁耦合关系,并结合数值模拟手段,具体研究裂纹形态下的漏磁信号特征,提取了漏磁信号的表征参量,给定裂纹损伤情况下的漏磁信号特征;同时研究裂纹的几何尺寸对于漏磁信号的影响。研究结果对于实际工程中确定测量参数及通过漏磁信号判定重型机床基础件损伤情况具有重要意义。
The paper sets up the magnetic/stress coupling relationship of HT300 on the phenomenological way, then combining numerical simulation, studies the characteristics of magnetic flux leakage signals, ex- tracts their descriptive parameters and determines their features under the given damage of crack. And the geometry size effect of crack on the magnetic flux leakage signal is studied. The result is significant to ensure the test parameters and judge the damage of foundation parts on heavy duty machine by magnetic flux leakage signals.
