摘要
通过对二次法轮胎成型的作业过程分析,以自动化、智能化为方向,结合目前的生产状况,对二次法轮胎成型给出了具体、详细的改进方案。通过对二次胎坯自动夹取/卸胎机构的开发设计,减轻了轮胎生产一线作业者的劳动强度,提高了轮胎成型机的生产效率,同时也使传统的设备向实现工业4.0智能化生产迈进了坚实的一步,即实现了自动化生产。
Through the operation process analysis of two stage tyre forming machine,with automated and intelligent direction, combined with the current production status, the specific and detailed improvement plan is given for two stage tyre forming machine. Through the development and design of the secondary embryo automatic clip / discharge machine, labor intensity of tyre production line operators is reduced, produc- tion efficiency of the tyre molding machine is improved. At the same time, the traditional equipment to achieve industrial 4.0 intelligent production is a solid step, the realization of automated production.
