摘要
根据汽车转向节异形工件的车铣加工工艺,以专用卡具设计为目的,剖析专用卡具的设计条件,重点解析卡具设计的难点和解决的方法。把几种汽车转向节放在一起设计卡具,满足柔性加工的需要。从而实现多工序合并在一起的复合加工,提高了产品质量和生产效率,减少了装卡和找正等辅助时间。
According to the turning-milling process of automobile steering knuckle shaped parts, the design of spe- cial fixture for the purpose, analyze tile special fixture design conditions, focus on fixture design difficul- ties and solutions. Put some steering knuckles together to meet the needs of flexible fixture design and processing. So as to realize the combined processing of multiple processes, improve the product quality and production efficiency, and reduce the auxiliary time such as clamping and locating.
