摘要 为了提高湿平整机辊面与带钢之间的润滑效果,现针对一种结构复杂精密的扇形喷嘴进行建模,利用数值模拟的方法对其喷射特性进行研究,得出其喷射性能;针对其喷射性能在喷射梁上对喷嘴进行合理布置,采用正交试验法对喷嘴间距l、喷嘴的旋转角度α、喷嘴距离带钢表面的高度h、喷嘴距辊心长度b 4个因素对平整机喷淋流场的影响进行分析,得出各因素对流场影响的主次关系,筛选出各因素的最优组合。 In order to improve the lubrication effect between rolls and steel strip of the whole wet temper mill, a complex structured precision fan nozzle is aimed and modeled, and the characteristics of the nozzle are researched by means of numerical simulation to obtain the performance of the nozzle. Aimed at the performance of the nozzle, the nozzle was arranged rationally on the injection beam, orthogonal experimental method was conducted for four factors such as the distance between the nozzle l, the rotational angle of the nozzle α, the height between the nozzle and the strip h, the distance between the nozzle and the center of the rolls b to analyze their effect on the spray flow field of wet temper mill. In the meanwhile the tends on the flow field affected separately by the four factors are revealed in order to fiher out the optimal combination of all factors.
