摘要 针对提高流量计可靠性的问题,提出使用BP神经网络进行故障诊断的方法,对流量计故障诊断进行了分析和设计;介绍了BP神经网络在故障诊断中的应用,并在Step7-300内部实现了BP神经网络。实验表明:运用此方法后诊断准确率可达90%以上。 Aiming at the problem of improving reliability of flowmeter, the way of using back propagation (BP) neural network for fault diagnosis is proposed. First, the flowmeter fault diagnosis was analyzed and diagnosized. Then, the application of BP neural network on fault diagnosis was introduced, and the BP neural network in StepT-300 was established. Finally test results show that the accuracy rate of diagnosis can reach 90% above by using this way.
