级联型电力电子变流装置功率单元旁路方式分析

摘要 针对级联型电力电子变流装置的功率单元故障,介绍了三相对称旁路、中性点偏移和功率单元冗余等3种旁路技术的处理策略,对比分析了功率单元不同旁路结构的工作原理、性能优缺点和适用范围,并分析了功率单元旁路结构对变流装置可靠性的影响。 It analyzed the solutions for failure of the cascaded power electronic converter, such as the sym-bypass in three-phase, neutral point drift technology and redundant power cell, and introduced the operation principle, the characteristic of different bypass structures for power cell and the discussion for the applications of the bypass structure in different situation. The influence of bypass structure for power cell on the reliability of converter was also analyzed.
