布拉酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗厌食症的疗效及其对患儿微量元素与脑肠肽水平的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨布拉酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌对厌食症患儿微量元素与脑肠肽水平的影响。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年4月在我院儿科门诊就诊的厌食症患儿76例,随机分为观察组和对照组各38例。两组患儿均予以纠正不良饮食习惯、调整饮食及健胃消食药治疗。观察组患儿加用布拉酵母菌散剂(0.25 g,qd,温开水冲服)联合葡萄糖酸锌口服液(10 m L,qd,口服)治疗,连用8周;对照组仅加用葡萄糖酸锌口服液,用法用量及疗程同观察组。观察两组患儿治疗前后微量元素(铁和锌)、血清脑肠肽[胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)和β-内啡肽(β-EP)]水平的变化,并比较两组患儿治疗后体质量、血红蛋白水平的增加量及疗效。结果:对照组和观察组分别失访2例和4例(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,两组患儿血清铁、锌、GAS、MTL及β-EP水平均上升,且观察组上升幅度更大(P均<0.05);观察组治疗前后体质量、血红蛋白水平的增加量均大于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论:布拉酵母菌联合葡萄糖酸锌治疗厌食症的效果确切,能促进患儿的消化,增加食欲和食量,增加患儿的体质量及血红蛋白水平,作用机制可能是通过调节患儿脑肠肽分泌与释放,升高血清GAS、MTL和β-EP水平。 Objective: To discuss the curative effect and the influence of Saccharomyces boulardii combined with zinc gluconate on microelement and brain-gut peptide levels of children with anorexia. Methods : Seventy-six cases of children with anorexia were selected and divided into observation group and control group at random, with 38 cases of children in each group. The children in two groups were given correction of negative diet habit, diet adjustment and stomachic and promoting digestion drugs. The children in observation group were additionally given 0.25 g Saccharomyces boulardii per time, once a day, with warm boiled water, combined with 10 mL zinc gluconate oral fluid per time, once a day, oral for 8 weeks, and the children in control group were only given zinc gluconate, with the same dose, method and course of treatment as those in observation group. The changes of microelement content (iron and zinc) , serum brain-gut peptide ( GAS, MTL and β-EP) levels of children in two groups before and after medical treatment were observed. The increase of body weight and hemoglobin level after treatment in the two groups and the clinical curative effect were compared. Results: The control group and the observation group lost 2 cases and 4 cases (P〉0.05) respectively. After 8 weeks' medical treatment, the amount of serum iron, zinc, GAS, MTL and β-EP levels of children in two groups were obviously increased ( P〈0.05 ), and the rising rates in observation group were much higher than those in control group ( P〈0.05 ). Meanwhile, the increase of weight and hemoglobin level in observation group were much higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And total clinical efficiency of children in observation group (94. 12% ) was much higher than that in control group (75.00%, P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion: The Saccharomyces boulardiicombined with zinc gluconate has reliable curative effect on anorexia, and can promote the digestion of children and enhance appetite and intake, increase the weight and hemoglobin level, whose mechanism may has close effect on adjusting secretion and release of brain-gut peptide, rise serum GAS, MTL and β-EP levels.
