摘要
接触器智能控制技术是针对传统接触器存在的问题,通过加装控制模块来改善接触器的动态特性和性能指标。本文主要对交流接触器智能控制技术的发展现状进行归纳,并探讨了每种控制策略的优缺点。通过分析可以发现,随着微机控制技术和电子技术的发展,接触器的智能控制技术也越来越丰富,针对接触器动态特性的机械分散性等问题,采用闭环控制技术可以较好的克服这些问题。
The intelligent control technology of AC contactor is that to improve dynamic characteristics and performance index of AC contactor by adding control modules. This paper reviews the development of intelligent control technology of AC contactor, and summarizes various control methods, also discusses the performance of the existing intelligent control methods. Through the analysis, it is found that as the development of microcomputer control technology and electronic technology, various of intelligent control methods have been proposed, and it can be proved that the closed loop control technology can overcome the mechanical dispersion of the dynamic characteristics.
