介绍工程总承包的概念及在园林行业发展中的政策文件,以光侨路景观绿化项目为例,分析设计、采购和施工在园林项目的方案、初步设计、施工图和施工等不同阶段的密切配合,可以大幅度地提高园林景观项目的建设效率,缩短工程周期、降低工程成本、加强景观效果。

This article introduces the concept of general contracting and the policy document in the development of garden industry. Taking the landscape project of Guangqiao road as an example, analyzed the coordination of design, purchase and construction in different stages of the project such as preliminary design, construction drawing and the construction stage. It can greatly improve the construction efficiency of landscape projects, shorten the engineering cycle, reduce the project cost and strengthen the landscape effect.
