特高压屏蔽大厅高速球摄像机抗干扰安装工艺研究

摘要 结合某特高压屏蔽大厅,研究了高速球摄像机抗干扰安装工艺。从屏蔽大厅着手,屏蔽罩的安装和穿越屏蔽层的导线用波导管施工应满足大厅总屏蔽效能>100 dB的要求。从高速球摄像机抗干扰着手,采用空间隔离法衰减电晕对高速球摄像机的损坏,保护高速球摄像机精密电路;配对使用压敏电阻(VDR)释放高电压、大电流雷电电磁脉冲及瞬变电压抑制二极管(TVS)抑制瞬态过电压,给出了TVS和VDR工程预算,取得满意工程效果,对类似特高压屏蔽大厅施工提供工程借鉴。 Combining by the extra high voltage( EHV) shielding hall,this paper researched the anti-interference installation process of high-speed dome camera. For shielding hall,the waveguide construction of shielding cover installation and crossing shielding layer wire must meet the requirement of total shielding effect 100 dB. For antiinterference of high-speed dome camera,by using distance interval method,the damage of high-speed dome camera due to corona discharge was minimized,and the precision circuit of high-speed dome camera was protected. The combination of voltage dependent resistor( VDR) and transient voltage suppressor( TVS) was used. VDR released the high voltage and large current lightning electromagnetic pulse,and TVS suppressed the transient overvoltage. The engineering calculations of TVS and VDR were given,which obtains the satisfactory engineering results. It can provide references for similar EHV shielding halls.
