浙江省实施食品安全责任保险试点的调查研究

食品安全风险一直是关系社会民生的难题,各地试点的食品安全责任保险也一直处于摸索阶段,本文从推行食品安全责任保险现实难处出发,实证研究了目前试点食品安全责任保险较好的浙江省不同地区的推行模式,借鉴了这些实施食品安全责任保险的模式背后成功的经验,同时也发现了这些试点模式背后存在的一些问题,最后综合浙江省典型地区试点食责险成功的经验与不足,结合自己对于食责险的理解,给出了我国推行食责险的具体建议。

Food safety risk has long time been a difficult problem related to social and people＇s live- lihood. In our country, the implementation of food safety liability insurance is now in the exploratory pe- riod. Embarking from the practical difficulty of carrying out the food safety liability insurance, this paper makes an empirical study of the implementation model of current food safety liability insurance pi- loted in different regions in Zhejiang Province. Some successful experiences are drawn in implementing the food safety liability insurance and some problems existing in these pilot models are also found. Final- ly, based on the successful experience and shortcomings of the pilot insurance liability insurance in the typical areas of Zhejiang, combined with the author＇s own understanding, specific recommendations for the implementation of liability insurance in China are proposed.
