角膜屈光手术后角膜生物力学参数变化的研究 被引量:3

ANALYSIS OF BIOMECHANICAL PARAMETERS ABOUT MODERATE MYOPIA PATIENTS'REFRACTIVE SURGERY

摘要 目的:探讨中低度近视病人屈光手术后角膜生物力学相关参数的变化,从角膜生物力学角度对屈光手术的安全性及有效性进行研究。方法:选择中低度近视病人80例,进行Corvis ST检查,对手术前及术后1wk病人的眼压(intraocular pressure,IOP)及角膜生物力学主要参数包括中央角膜厚度(central covneal thickness,CCT)、第一压平时间(the first applanation time,A-time 1)及最大形变幅度(deformation amplitude,DA)等进行分析。结果:屈光手术前后IOP值分别为19.113±3.494mm Hg和13.385±3.011mm Hg,CCT值分别为576.137±36.894μm和(478.201±40.543)μm,A-time 1值分别为7.523±0.379ms和7.465±0.093ms,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);DA值分别为0.948±0.071mm和0.974±0.107mm,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中低度近视病人角膜屈光手术后角膜生物力学参数中IOP、CCT及A-time 1有变化,DA值无变化。 Objective: To study the efficacy and safety of refractive surgeryfrom the perspective of corneal biomechanical,we do a research to discuss the change of corneal biomechanical parameters on patients with moderate myopia after refractive surgery. Methods: In this retrospective study,we choose80 cases of moderate myopia patients to examine intraocular pressure( IOP) and biomechanical parameters( central corneal thickness,CCT; the first applanation time,A-time 1; deformation amplitude,DA)before and after refractive surgery. Results: Before and after refractive surgery,the mean value of IOP respectively is 19.113 ± 3.494 mm Hg and 13.385 ± 3.011 mm Hg,CCT is 576.137 ± 36.894 μm and478.201±40.543μm,A-time 1 is 7.523±0.379 ms and 7.465±0.093 ms and DA is 0.948±0.071 mm and0.974 ±0.107 mm.So we can draw a conclusion that there are a significantly difference in the mean value of IOP,CCT and A-time 1 between pro-operation and post-operation( P 〉0.05),but no difference in the mean value of DA( P〈0.05).Conclusion: The corneal refractive surgery on patients with moderatemyopiahas changed the value of IOP,CCT and A-time 1,but not changed DA.
