建立健全高校权力运行监管体系,是高校党风廉政建设和反腐败工作的重中之重,也是高校健康发展、科学发展的重要政治保证。目前高校权力运行监管主要存在监管意识薄弱,监管机制、制度不完善,信息公开不彻底等方面的问题。要加强高校权力运行监管,健全高校权力运行监管体系应当从以下几方面入手:一要加强宣传教育,提高对权力运行监管重要性的认识;二要完善权力运行监管制度建设,建立规范有序的监管程序;三要发挥多层次的监管合力;四要加强权力运行监管机制创新。
