摘要
新疆少数民族学生作为高校学生中的一个特殊群体,普遍有着基础知识体系薄弱、语言不通不愿与其他同学交流等方面的特点。需要高校加强对他们的教育和管理力度。因此,探索我国内地高校新疆少数民族学生教育管理的有效策略具有重要的意义。
As a special group of college students, minority students in Xinjiang have the characteristics of weak basic knowledge system, language barrier and communication with other students. Universities need to strengthen their education and management efforts. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the effective strategies for the education and management of minority students in Xinjiang in China's Mainland.
