摘要
认知视角下的动机理论主要有期望和价值理论、自我效能理论、归因理论、成就目标理论和自我决定理论。这些理论各有体系又具有一定的关联性。自我决定理论是整体把握动机的独立系统,而期望和价值理论、自我效能理论、归因理论、成就目标理论着眼于动机的某一方面。这些动机理论相互关联,如果试图提高动机则需要全面考虑不同动机要素之间的关系。
Under the cognitive perspectives, the motivation theory refers to five main theories: Expectancy - value Theory, Self - efficacy Theory, Attribution Theory, Achievement Goal Theory and Self - Determination Theory. Every theory has its own system but also effectively relates to each other. The Self- Determination Theory is an independent whole system of motivation, whereas the other four theories focus on some certain aspect of motivation. In order to improve the motivation, the relationship between different motivational elements within each theory should be comprehensively considered.
