摘要
法国国家资格框架以1969年五级框架为雏形,历经三个开发阶段,依托国家职业资格目录和国家职业资格委员会,覆盖职业性和专业性资格,于2010年完成与欧盟资格框架的对接工作。依靠非正规、非正式学习的学习成果(职业经验认证)认证政策,法国国家资格框架被认为是欧盟第一代资格框架。
The French National Qualifications Framework （NQF） was referenced to the European Qualifications Frame-work （EQF） in 2010, using the five -level structure dating back to 1969. It goes through three stages of development, relies on the National Register of Vocational Qualifications （RNCP） and the National Committee on vocational Qualifications （CNCP） and focus on vocationally or professionally oriented qualifications. Supported by the system for validation of non - formal and informal learning, France NQF can be seen as belonging to the first generation of European Qualifications Framework.
