日本图书馆为残障读者服务现状与启示

Current Situation and Enlightenment of Serving Disabled Readers for Japanese Library

论文从日本公共图书馆和大学图书馆角度论述了残障读者服务的发展历程,从为残障者制定的相关服务政策、残障设施、专用文献资源建设和服务理念等方面,介绍了日本图书馆当前服务的现状。通过总结日本图书馆相关优良经验,给予我国公共图书馆和大学图书馆一定的启示与借鉴。

From the view of Japanese public library and university library, the development process of service is discussed for disabled readers in Japan. From the aspects of the relevant service policy, disabled facilities and special literature resource construction and service concept for disabled readers, the current situation of Japan＇s library service are introduced. By summing up the relevant good experience of Japanese libraries, we can give some enlightenment and reference to our public library and university library.
