摘要
本文针对电能质量检测工作开展30多年来长期存在的检测设备与系统工作方式不适应的问题进行了研究,详细分析了在10kV母线上进行电能质量检测时出现不合理的原因,提出了10kV非接地系统中性点重构技术,同时设计出中性点不接地电能质量测量仪。
In this paper, the power quality testing out for more then 30 years, standing testing equipment and system work methods are unsuitable for the study. And it analyzed the problem of the power quality measurementin 10 kV system. The neutral point reconstruction technology of 10 kV ungrounded system is proposed, on the basis of it we design a neutral point is not grounded power quality measuring instrument.
