摘要 根据永磁体同极磁场相斥异极磁场相吸的原理以及钕铁硼永磁体极高的磁能积和矫顽力,本文提出一种新型的可保证断电分闸的具有电磁可控反力的永磁式智能交流接触器的设计方案,并对其动态特性进行了测试与分析。分析结果表明该新型永磁式智能交流接触器可保证在断电的常态下触头永远处于分断状态,而且可实现快速合、分闸。 According to the principle of permanent magnet that the homopolar magnetic field's repulsion and the heteropolar magnetic field's attraction, and the very high accumulation of magnetic energy and coercivity of the Nd Fe B permanent magnet, this paper puts forward a design scheme of the new type of permanent magnet intelligent ac contactor which could guarantee the outage opening with electromagnetic controllable force, test and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the contactor. The analysis results showed that the contacts of this new type permanent magnet intelligent ac contactor can normally keep open in outrages, it can also realize fast closing and opening.
