摘要
项目方案的合理性关系着整个项目的经济效益和最终的运行效果,如何提高项目的综合性能,提高项目的规划水平是电力建设企业的重点。本文采用层次分析法和熵权法对影响项目规划效果的多种因素进行分析评价,并利用模糊综合评价对项目效果进行了评分。针对实际项目的不同方案进行了分析评价,最终确定了最为科学的建设方案,对输电工程项目的规划具有一定的借鉴意义。
The rationality of the project is closely related to the economic benefits and the final operation results of the whole project. How to improve the comprehensive performance of the project and improve the planning level of the project is the key point of the power construction enterprise. In this paper, analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy weight method are used to analyze and evaluate the factors that affect the effect of project planning, and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the effect of the project. In view of the actual project of different programs were analyzed and evaluated, and finally identified the most scientific construction program, the transmission project planning has certain reference significance.
