摘要
以高速公路PPP投资项目为例,基于财务净现值、财务内部收益率、动态回收期等主要投资决策指标,分别设计等额收入补助和均衡收入补助两种模型运用于项目可行性缺口补助的测算。通过某高速公路实例分析,对比验证两种模型,得出均衡收入补助模式较为合理。
Taking a PPP investment project of highway as an example,the paper establishes equal funding model and equalization funding model to calculate viability gap funding of the project on the basis of main investment decision indexes such as FNPV,FIRR,Dynamic payback period,etc.Then,compares and verifies the differences of the two models through an example of highway project,finds out the equalization funding model is more rational.
