将综合管廊和管道直埋的建设费用和维护费用进行分解和比较,在假设条件下推理出最小费用决策方法的公式,并结合某沿海新区实例进行应用演示。综合管廊建设费用、直埋管道维护交通冲击费用、直埋管道新增及改造工程费和交通冲击费用是影响决策的主要因素,主要因素误差在±20%范围内,证明该方法有效,并提示应用需注意的问题。
The paper resolves and compares construction cost and maintenance cost of utility tunnel and directburied pipe,reasons out the formula of lowest cost decision method in hypothetical condition,and carries on the application demonstration combined with an example of a coastal new area.Utility tunnel construction cost,direct-buried pipe maintenance traffic congestion cost,direct-buried pipe added and renovation project cost and congestion cost are the main factors in decision making.Tests method is effective within ±20% error of the main factors,and points out considerations in application.
