Lu Jin'gen's Experience in Treating Infantile Anal Fistula with Therapy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

介绍陆金根教授治疗小儿肛瘘的临床经验。对于小儿肛瘘,陆教授主张以手术为主,根据瘘管走形采用切开、拖线、垫棉压迫等方法;低位肛瘘多采用一次性切开根治术,多支管的复杂性肛瘘采用拖线术,后期结合棉垫压迫。同时配合中药内服,重视调理脾胃,以健脾止泻为主,兼以驱除胎毒,外用洗剂、丹药、散剂等。并举验案1则。

This paper introduces Professor Lu Jin＇ gen＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of infantile anal fistula. Professor Lu proposes that the treatment should base on the operation which performed with incision ,thread-dragging and cotton pad pressing according to the trend of fistulas. The disposable incision and radical resection are often used in the low anal fistula, the thread-dragging is applied in the complex anal fistula with multiple branches, and the cotton pad pressing can be combined in the later period. Meanwhile,the treatment should combine with the oral administration of Chinese medicine as well as the external application such as lotion, pellet and powder. It emphasizes the regulation of spleen and stomach, which based on invigorating spleen to arrest diarrhea and combined with dispelling congenital toxin. One proven case is presented.
