数字化校园环境下学报网上办公系统建设研究与实践——以江苏海事职业技术学院学报《航海职业教育》为例

The Research and Practice of Journal On-line Office System Construction under the Digital Campus Environment

针对数字化校园环境下高校学报存在的人手过少、编校合一,重复劳动较多、编辑任务过重,未能严格执行编校程序等问题,提出基于Web技术、采用JavaEE开发技术、借助数据库My SQL,建设基于MVC模式的学报网上办公系统,实现投稿、审稿、编稿、数据统计、校内数据对接、资料留存、在线交流等功能,实现一站式服务,大大提高了工作效率和学报的影响力,为后续学报数字化出版奠定了坚实的基础。

Due to the existing problems of lack of personnel,too much repetition work,and heavy tasks of editors under the digital environment,this article puts forward to use Java EE technology and database My SQL to develop a journal on-line office system based on Web technology,which can realize the functions of writing submission,reviewing,editing,data statistics,school data connection,data retaining,and on-line communication,etc. This system greatly improves the working efficiency and the journal influence,and lays a solid foundation for the journal subsequent digital publication.
