中医药防治高血压免疫机制研究进展

Research progress on immune mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of hypertension

综述中药防治高血压及其靶器官损伤的免疫机制研究进展。机体免疫调节功能的失衡以及由此介导的持续性的慢性炎症反应已成为高血压机制研究的新热点之一,高血压免疫调节失衡主要表现在非特异性免疫、特异性免疫、自主神经系统对免疫应答的调节等方面,中药可通过上述免疫途径防治高血压及其靶器官损伤。

This paper reviews the research progress on immune mechanism of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of hypertension and its target organ damage. The imbalance of immune regulation function and it mediated persistent chronic inflammatory response have become one of the new topics in the hypertension mechanism research. The imbalance of immune regulation in hypertension mainly involve the nonspecific immunity,specific immunity,regulation of autonomic nervous system on immune response and other aspects. Chinese medicine could play a role in the prevention and treatment of hypertension and its target organ damage by above immune pathway.
