Evaluation Method to Comprehensive Properties of Lubricating Greases Based on AHP-GRAY Analysis

提出基于层次法与灰色关联法相结合的润滑脂综合性能评价方法,该方法采用层次分析法确定润滑脂各评价指标的权重,利用灰色关联法构建出润滑脂的评价模型,通过计算得到润滑脂各关联度的大小预估选用润滑脂的最优方案。通过台架测试证实了该评价方法的有效性,为高效地筛选轴承润滑脂提供了一种新方法。

An evaluation method to the comprehensive properties of lubricating greases based on hierarchical method combined with grey relation theory. In this method, the analytic hierarchy process （ AHP ） was applied to determine the weight of the evaluation index of greasse,the Gray relation method was used to construct the evaluation model of greases, and the degree of relevance was utilized to confirm the optimal choice of greases.The effectiveness of the evaluation method was proved by bench test, it provides a new method for screening grease of bearing effectively.
