关于深化依法治国实践的思考

Reflections upon Deepening the Rule by Law

党的十九大报告明确提出了"深化依法治国实践"的时代命题,这是新的历史起点上我们党对法治中国建设认识的又一次升华,在历史维度、实践维度以及理论维度三重视野下具有丰富的理论意涵。其对于"四个伟大"历史使命的实现、法治中国建设目标的达成、国家治理体系和治理能力现代化以及党的执政能力与执政水平的提升均具有极为深远的意义。在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史方位下,深化依法治国实践提出了诸多富有建设性的目标任务,为当代中国法治建设提供了基本指引。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the no-tion of ＂deepening the practice of rule by law＂, which is an inevitable product of the comprehen- sive advancement of rule by law in the triple dimensions of history, reality and theory. Deepening the practice of rule by law is of great importance to the realization of the mission of ＂Four Great- ness＂, the goal of rule by law in China, the modernization of national governance system, and the elevation of governing capacity of the Party. In the new era of socialism of Chinese character- istics, deepening the practice of rule by law has put forward many constructive goals and mis- sions, providing the basic guidelines for the legal construction in contemporary China.
